    Dzus Fasteners

You have a point Norman, I too thought about that a while back, looking at my car. From my memory , only one may post a alignment problem, I would think it can be re-engineered with a backing plate or something. I also might think one could use a smaller size Dzus than the RF supplied ones, that...

I am looking for some help on location of the Lanyards (cables)on the fiberglass body work.I know the other end goes to the sway bar upper bolt (on the front), and upper shock bolt ( rear ). If I guess now, and then later have the glass and all installed it could change the way it holds it open...

    Thread Size

Hi Peter, I dont know the size, but I do know Laquer Thinner easily affects the coat on my chassis, you can try that on a rag and "screw" it into the hole. If it does not help out nothing lost . You can always take the part , or the big pin to the hardware store to find the right tap. Good Luck.

    Roaring Forties #091

Thanks Hersh, I wish I would have drilled the holes in the brake and clutch pedals too , then maybe make slightly larger holes in the non-skid and that would have looked better. If I have anything else plated maybe I'll drill them and take them to the plater again.

Oil Pan for RF, Wet Sump

Hershal I hope you meant to say 10 1/2 inches. According to my drawing of my pan from Moroso's site(part number 20503) from the front edge of the seal lip to the aft edge of the pan its 10 1/2 inches.I just came in from my shop and measured it and it is 10 1/2 inches plus another 1/2 for the...

    Roaring Forties #091

Here is my modified RF "early" pedal box. When you move it to the LHD side the push rods don't fully line up with the "ears" on the pedals. I added a third ear to the brake pedal instead of just off setting it. I then swiss cheesed it to give the gas pedal a different look and then radiuses the...

    Build Stand

Funny timing on this one. I just finished a dolly to put my chassis on today. I have been building it on jack stands. Now I want to move it around but not have the wheels on it and be so low , so I built this stand . It raises the car up 16 inches , floorpan from the floor . The wheels are rated...
