They came off with a little MORE persuasion!

The caps look like they have blue Loctite holding them on. I tried a rubber mallet and still they will not come off.

I received the half shaft for my build and I know I need to remove the CAD caps before installation. Need to know the method to remove without damaging the shafts. Powertrain is a LS3 with a Grazziano transaxle. Please advise. Thanks

Can someone identify the banjo bolts required? RCR provided 10MM course threads, part number 977515ERL and they don't seem to be fitting (cutting new threads). Brakes are the standard Brembo brakes. It looks like the bolts need to be fine thread. Please advise. Thanks

GM 8247 is what Fran recommended. I have the same RCR Front end drive. You' ll need a (2) 3/4 spacers and (2) 90mm cap screws.

Thanks for the starter number. I removed the black insulation from the transaxle using your method. What a pain in the a_ _ but it does look better with the race tail.

What was the starter number that you installed? I have the same powetrain configuration.

My car is still at RCR awaiting the transaxle to be delivered, and I have sent a note to Fran indicating he and Dean could use it as a Design Aid Buck to resolve these issues. If the car isn't available for another week it is not a problem for me. I live 2 hours from RCR. If we get picture...

Want to buy an expansion tank for a SL-C. Looking to have a 3/4 and 5/8 plug on the bottom and a inlet for the steam vent for a LS3 engine.

Where did you order the stainless steel pipes for the radiator set-up and did they come already with the retaining bead on the ends? I am looking to do the same thing on my SL-C.

Jim I received my ring gear and wrong pilot bearing in 7 days from the Audi dealership. The parts came from Germany.

Please post the bolt size for both the ring gear and starter and where to purchase them.
