You can do what I did and fill a ziplock bag with epoxy and cabosil or similar. Then sandwich the bag between the body and hinge. What you’re left with is a perfectly conforming epoxy piece. You can then trim as desired. The key is getting the right quantity of epoxy in the bag.

I played with it a little last night and figured out the turn signals. The running lights and headlights still perplex me tho.

Just for anyone in the future. I’m not using an overflow tank. Only an expansion tank that is filled about halfway when cold. When hot it will only expand so much. As long as you have a solid system with no leaks and don’t let it overheat, you shouldn’t ever have to worry about volume. I’m sure...
