    Painting Avon CR6ZZ

Like these? Keep in mind that the factory stencils used were nothing more than a ready made, lay it on the tire and shoot a quick flash of paint. The gaps allowed for a one-piece stencil, take that gap out and you would have had to lay individual letters 'O', 'A' and 'R' as they have inner...

It depends on the size of the roundel, which means you can make them any size you want. Rough guide is for 22 inch door roundels = 16 inch tall numbers to fit, 20 inch tail and nose roundels will take a 14 inch tall number. Hope that helps- Chris

    Canadian kit car laws

It's apparent that most wanting to "import" a replica into Canada have not been able to read between the lines (and I can't blame them) after all that has been written on this subject so here's the last tips from me before I retire from this subject for good (and you didn't hear it from me...)...

    Canadian kit car laws

Not quite. To register any vehicle (in Ontario anyway) you need to obtain a VIN number from the MTO but to get a VIN the vehicle needs to pass ALL requirements of safety inspection (i.e working lights, horn, sun visors, etc). That "Pass" is recorded and paperwork given to the owner to which is...

    Canadian kit car laws

Ottawa, April 23, 2010 MEMORANDUM D19-12-1 Competition Vehicle: A vehicle designed for use exclusively in closed course competition. Note: A souped-up Porsche is not a competition car and would be subject to the requirements outlined for a passenger car. All Countries 15 years or older...

    Canadian kit car laws

I thought the import regulations for a competition vehicle to be imported had to have written proof of identity from the manufacturer/company stating that it was a competition vehicle not legal for road use. Transport Canada / Customs usually make a phone call or two to the party who built the...

Very true and that was the challenge, to replicate all variations of the Shelby and H & M cars. Chris
