As Mike wrote, the Vintage halibrand's are made for the Cobra's so make sure they are machined for your application, which I am sure they can do. My wheels were ordered from Image UK and are more like, if not the same as the 'wine glass' halibrands.

Technically speaking, there is nothing "authentic" about any replica, kit car, recreation, continuation, resumption etc. so spend accordingly.
If anything, the mono's out there 'emulate' the real deal, some better than others.

I have accumulated many Snap-On tools over the years and have not had any issues with quality but with so many other reputable tool companies out there, the days of 'Snap-On superiority' I think are now for the most part over-rated and over-priced, IMHO.

I would centre the stripes through the NACA duct(s) etc, you might need to cheat a little here and there but overall if done right, the eye would have a hard time finding any deviations.
