    This was the shortening required for the 5Speeds bellhousing mating the Tremec T5 to the 4.2. And it is even 1/4" longer due to a spacer between the bellhousing and trans. I wanted that to get full engagement of the input shaft spline into the friction plate.

    Engine from an '83 XJ6, but not exactly original. With the gold valley, I redid the cam covers with the raised fins in gold. Couldn't get the ignition wire separator, so I made one. Run stand of my construction.
