    I’m jealous of it as well.. I’ve done a ton of custom fabrication and tackled some of the harder delemas with the SL-C. Mine isn’t for sale…. . Not unless someone wants to pony up for the 2000 hours of labor and sweat equity. You can’t build one of these in three months alone. Not even 3...

    I sanded the surface with 80 grit to give it bite.. Cleaned it with a prep wipe and sprayed 2 separate coats of grey (separate times). Then covered with 2 coats of black. Sprayed separately. 4 coats builds good thickness for the highly damaged areas such as wheel wells.

    I’m using Wurth Stoneguard. It’s really good stuff…. I’ve used it before and it’s what is used on Porsches. It holds up well.

    Alex.. Don’t cut your doors.. Review Allan’s videos on You Tube on properly setting the body to the chassis.. Then set your doors onto the vehicle without the hinges attached and figure out where the hinges are supposed to be bolted to the doors.. If Allan’s videos don’t help then drop me...

    Howard.. Yes, the wing is my design and build. It’s the same Selig profile that Fran uses with a 13” chord. It incorporates a wicker and tapped end plates for end panel mounting. I used two chromoly tubes for the backbone with water jet cut aluminum spars.

    Mine is mounted from the spider frame and has lower outriggers extending from the transmission mounts..
