Tom, same questions as Dave. Your description is not clear, maybe a picture would help. Is the squeal constant, under acceleration, just initially at start up? Also, if the pulley is not covered by the belt at least 30%, maybe more, then the belt can slip.

If I recall, the chassis was 2090 and the color was British Green or something close to that. It'd be interesting to know. Somewhere I recently scanned over a thread here that had color codes, along with pictures, used on members replica GT40s.

Howard, ^ I have the same caliper setup as you posted above on my 40. Unassisted I'm using M\C 13/16"frt & 7/8" rr. (unassist with bias bar). Are you sure about that 1.75? Tim

The tech would not elaborate on the bypass fuel coming into the bladder and to what extent it helps maintain fuel capacity in the bladder vs the escaping fuel out the bottom holes along with the pump demand. That's my concern, you helped...
