    Thanks for the comments. snakebite your project is looking great, where did you get the shape concept? lambo basically modified gelcoat, much slower going off than bog so a larger area can be worked the dust still gets everywhere you don't want it, and chokes vacuum and dust extraction...

    as requested this is what I am currently working on adjusted the bonnet vertically to fit the guard contours and re puttied/sanded. fixed "rebates" on guard where bonnet meets adjusted the septum accordingly all edges of bonnet are now straight rear edge is now approx 20mm wide still...

    Skin surface has been roughed up all over Putty has arrived and work has started septum and left front guard initial coated and partially sanded. bonnet initial coat and sanded it's slow going, more elbow grease required generating loads of dust, at least it's not itchy stuff Des
