Sorry to take so long but on CAV #193 it would be easy to switch, after looking at mine. A rack, dash and some wiring. !!!

Not sure it will help but . What number is your CAV. Mine is LH drive, #193. I will look at it and make note of L R differences if any. If your lucky a dash and rack may be the big items.

To fix this issue just run a 6:00 x 15 tire, problem solved !!

For a Borla ? I was forced into buying from Borla at a premium, you can't buy K&N from any one else. There must be other brands but i didn't look very hard .
