    Swirl Pot

    Put me right if i`m wrong: i have in rallycars swirlpots (original factory-team built), and they are for hot water which is coming out of engine and before it goes into radiator, air is separated from water in swirlpot. If same name is for "gas/fuel container" (?), i think the idea is anyway...

    Original gauge diameters, mk1?

    Thanks Andy :) Sorry for my bad english; my problem really is the dia of small gauges, I have few diffirent type old gauges (Smiths) to choice, 52mm (2") or around 60-63,5mm (->2,5"). 2,5" are looking better in this case (ok. cond.), so I think the answer is 2"...:D jyrki

    Didn`t found diameters for gauges -in original mk1- (from old topics). Is speedo and rev 103-4mm / 4" and small ones 52mm / 2" or around 60-63,5mm / 2,25 - 2,5"? Jyrki

    Quaife internals for UN?

    What about driveshafts? I Can make shafts from 2wd Cossie ones (110mm dia/10mm bolts vs. 100mm/8mm 4x4 and Scorpio), but adaptor "outlets" between box and shafts; is there reasonable solution for that? I can make these too, but they needs a lot of work.

    It seems to be a common solution for transaxle; quaife internals in UN1/369. However, I didn`t found anything for UN from Quaife netpages. Only ATB "LSD". If they are still making uprate kit, who is selling it, and is there anything else in that kit but just HD clutch axle? Of course I can...
