I think You can`t get as quick Cortina rack internals as for Escort. Escort mk1/2 are originally 3,5 turns, quick ones You can choose 1,7-2,5 (most common are 2,5 and 2,2 turns). Cortina std is around 3,5-4 turns, and if my memory serves me well, Quaife (?) sold 2,5 turns quick rack around 10-15...

Calculation shows maximum hp with 8 x 240 cc injectors is 330 hp in n/a engine, then duty cycle is 80%. Can`t use more % with MS3 (or any ecu).

I just rebuilt one hydraulic clutch system. Tried to get air out 10-15 times (with manufacturers instructions), pedal was still too soft. Solution was to do it from another direction; ie. I fed fluid from slave to master. One shot and it`s ok now.
