    Fat Larry's GTR Build

Any reason given? New supplier of the glass? New tool to cut? Sorry to say he had no problem with cutting and installing mine. And we all know H will figure it out. They are fantastic and much better than the plexi.

    0-60 times in SLC

No chance. Traction and launch control make my P100d come off harder than my Superlite GT-R. But my GT-R can come by it after 1-2 blocks. Will work to get video of a race between myself in the GT-R and my son in the Tesla.

Awesome work. You know 99/100 would put a nut on the post and cut it short. You did the correct way.

    Converting RHD SLC to LHD

On my GT-R, one of the first things I could do was bolt my seats in. Then moved them for better seating position/removed sliders for more headroom. Probably 10-20 hours messing around with stock seats. Then I sat in them. They are horrible. Painful. Tossed them for some Momo Starts. A...

Update from Driveshaftshop: I sent pics of my torn boot and told them it was my 3rd torn boot in 100 mi. He said it looked like wrong boot was provided for my car. The above came in mail today. Different and longer. New grease. These guys are great.

Got some manifold gauges and PAG46 with UV. Going to track down this AC leak and fix it. Bleeding brakes this weekend and then it is a little more sanding and bondo. Off for dip like Cam's car in a week. Going with Macaw blue and 2 different flakes for satin finish with a little sparkle.

Update: Been emailing with Tad at the Driveshaft shop. Cannot confirm due to destruction above but he thinks the boots I had installed were not the correct ones and he is sending out a pair of the correct ones just to be sure. Great customer support.

Sent these pics to driveshaft shop. Looks like it spun then caught and ripped quickly in two. Not a lot of grease shot out of it, so that was easy. Only takes 10 minutes to replace, but this should be happening.

And then...... AC still leaking, but no sign of the UV dye. Peterson vacuum regulator needs adapter to mate up with line from valve cover (leaking oil) Found another small leak in coolant line-replaced with ideal hose clamps. Idler pulley making noise, replacing with Katech. Need oil catch can...
