    John's RCR build

Sandy I am researching going down your route. Effectively on a RH drive car my reservoirs are on the "wrong side" ie the LH side.(There is'nt room with the way the air con is set up to have them on the RH side and ensure that they are above the height of the calipers which I prefer to do)...

Sandy Thanks for that. I have been looking at using Goodridge -6 600 stainless braided brake hose and Seal-It special grommits but will also look at your solution:idea2:. Certainly won't be using the supplied stuff:smash:. Sandy as you perhaps know I trained as an engineer but a (very)...

'Ello all Purchased a couple of SVA compliant level sensors and opened up clearance holes in two of the screw down caps atop the beautiful CNC reservoirs to enable them to fit. I then broke the level sensors apart, removing the supplied cap (not required) and float tube from the main assembly...

Simon Fran supplied an Ally L section bracket which bolts to the tub side, see pic below. Are you still waiting for your bits from Fran? Guys, thanks for your comments, main reason for opening a build site here was that it will ensure that I continue to try and match the quality of some of...

'Ello all Picture of a ZF-Q a guy who lives local to me has installed in a customers car. Looks a beautiful piece of kit. Since this is my route I also spoke to a couple of early adopters including one who had previosly used a ZF - all very positive with the sweetness of the change being a...

    LS gearbox choices

The guy to talk to is Chris Melia on 0044 1638 510136 in the UK. There is an excellent thread in manufacturers announcements on this Forum showing the full ZF-Q development story. As I understand it most of the first batch were shipped to the US earlier this year for installation in...

'Ello all I am fitting a 157tooth Flywheel to the back of the LS7 with a 10.5 inch dia clutch. Three questions for those who know. 1. I would like some recommendations on which clutch manufacturer/model people have used successfully with 500+bhp 2. Billet Steel or Billet aluminium (6075...

Paul Pics of the Tilton pedal box. These pics really don't do the product justice, they are a truly superb piece of design and engineering. The only product I could find to match the Tilton are from AP but they have under floor pull type master cylinders and ruled themselves out on height...
