    Rugger

Oh dear I have to feel sorry for the poor Aussies, you spend all week telling everyone how poor the opposition is in the media and then, whoops, you loose to them. Mind you the All Blacks do look pretty impressive, I wonder if the French can weave some magic? John

    SVA handbrake

Given that SVA in the UK does a rolling road test on the "handbrake" (actually a mechanicaly applied independant brake test in SVA speak) I have elected to go for the (proven) Brembo option (used on Ferrari 360, Aston Martin, Ultima and Gardener Douglas T70) Andy Burrows at GD was most helpful...

    F1 2007

Pete I agree with you about Webber. He has consistently "out qualified" the speed of the car he is driving (as well as his team mates) and also shows good pace in a race. I think that (rather like Damon Hill) in a fast reliable car he would be well capable of turning in race wins. Also I do...

    15" Michelin Tyres

Also they seem to be lower profile than the Avons and would probably look odd on a (proper;)) 15" wheeled 40. John

    SVA handbrake

Still waiting on info from HiSpec and the guy in New Zealand. Found out that the Viper has separate handbrake calipers (should be pretty beefy given weight and power of car), anybody know anything about them? John

    SVA handbrake

This caliper is "hydra/mechanical". Not sure if SVA would pass it (the HiSpec monster 4 seems to use the same technology) Of course they may not notice as the HiSpec has only recently gone onto a "verboten" list having been passed on earlier occasions. John

James, have sent off for details. Still waiting for details from HiSpec, will chase Friday. Brett be carefull of under achieving hanbrakes, the one on my Cobra only gets through the MOT because the mechanic is a beefy lad with a strong right arm! Like you in reality I slap it in first and...
