    tax exempt status works on a points system based on the "original" vehicle. Anything that deviates from that - engine- axle - chassis etc looses points. I would be amazed if anything from the original vehicle still exists.

    Drivers seat/floor lowered. Pedal box moved forward. I am only 6ft, but there is no way i can wear a helmet. "Gurney" bubble might help, but I think yiu might be struggling. What size shoes do you take as i have to be carefull with size 9's? (UK size)

    Exactly - but anti-sieze lubricant is not much good if the aluminium is not protected. The Mastinox is an anti-sieze compound. You will notice I mentioned "Copaslip"
