Mark, You do not need to remove the dash. You need the Relay Pack upgrade and will be able to wire from under the dash. Olthoff or Lance should be able to get you the kit and instructions. Steve P2125

Randy, Did you check wheel bearing. Shouldn't be any or very little play play (wheel off ground rock in and out @ 12 & 6). I dont think it's a wheel bearing but, might as well check. Could be a CV but, don't think so either (with both wheels off the ground and in neutral rotate the wheels...
