I am not significantly over 40. Currently 42 and I finished building my GT40 at 40. My waste is not 4 inches over my belt size. I do not own a shirt with GT40 written on it. I am however follically challenged, but that that started in my early 20s.

I have the same fuel pump you are using. I hope you have better luck with your fuel pumps than I have had. For some reason I cannot seem to get the fittings to seal up. I also have troubles with them loosing their prime.

On the RCR panel fit is up to the builder. The doors are provided oversized and you trim them to fit. They sound pretty solid when they shut. Some builders are adding door bars which would probably make them even more solid. I did not add bars and they seem pretty solid without them.
