Wow Jac Mac That gives you a real short pin height - .875 if my calcs are about right for an 8.2 deck That would put the oil ring a fair way down the pin area Does it work ok with normal support rails??? Is that rod an aftermarket Holden Rod ??? regards KB

Gents The IDA vs IDF fitting is quite different I have attached a couple of pictures for your reference IDAs have 120mm centres where IDFs are 90mm so no they don't fit on an IDA manaifold For the average guy IDFs are less fussy to look after in particular with regard to accelerator...

Gents With all the adverse additives around nowadays maybe we should explore using one of the softer stainless alloys - maybe 304 or similar 316 is too hard and goes brittle so not such a good option Wouldn't need to be as thick as aluminium ??? I'd be interested to hear everyone's...
