Michael, what a great idea I’m stealing for the drain petcock location! If able, I’ll tilt mine down as far as possible (albeit clearance issues) to aid in a clean draining process. Has anyone tried or have negative thoughts on having an under engine cover to aid in a smooth belly pan?

Fuel filler covers & access panel. Since I have sealed the interior from the fuel neck connections and fuel tank (attempt at better safety), I will make the front cover removable and access to those connections once the front clam is opened and wheel is removed.

That’s a definite possibility but hadn’t until your suggestion…hmm. Easy enough to add after seeing how much noise & heat I get once running it around a bit. Wonder how many others have done and their opinions??

For those that were curious how the Aramid honeycomb panel was going to work out…I think it will be a good solution as the rear bulkhead panel. I have epoxied a couple aluminum strips to the sides of the main center panel (and will make top and bottom as well) to secure it to the frame...

Almost guarantee it’s something off with your alignment. I would get the dealers recommended specs and take it to a good alignment tech/shop and see what needs to be be realigned. Highly recommend a shop with a Hunter alignment system, Devin
