Don, I too like the # 1 car's stripes but this would leave you with a decision (I would presume) as to the border color to place on that stripe design. The #3 car does not appear to have a border color like the # 1 car.

Not sure why he changed down a gear for the corner, This, IMHO, changed the cars dynamics and he wasn't (obviously!) able to correct the under steer. Sad, but glad both were able to walk away.
