    Exhaust Collectors and line.

Well. The original ones obviously were not 100% equal length based on the picture from the parts catalogue. It is hard to tell exactly how much infuence it will have on your end result. It might be that the extra backpressure your add in terms of bends and weldsbeads is worse than a small...

Cooper rings for Ford Gurney Engine

I just had a look at the arrangement print for this engine. As far as i can see the headgasket is not listed as a special item for these heads and there is a note stating "all other components not listed are "fomoco" parts". So i would guess a cooperring gasket (or any other std gasket) for a...

    Monocoque Measurements

If you put what you have together on the grid dimensions from the fav prints most of these dimensions will be given by other parts

New Superformance darting L or R at only 40mph.

The manual says 15 minutes toe, not sure if it is negative or positive. I would do an alignment and adjust the toe as close to 0 as possible or a little tad toe in, toe out can make a car act the way you describe.

G96/G86 - Any Shared Audi Components?

I have a 0a2 in the shed. A little limited on info for g86/87 other than a 3d scan of a g86. From what i found the Porsche boxes are symmetrical while the vag box has the diff offset, if you look at the casing it looks like the Porsche box has the shafts vertical above each other while the vag...

    Need Help Identify GT40

This car sold for 86K GBP some time ago; https://cars.bonhams.com/auction/29332/lot/270/2008-southern-gt40-coupe-chassis-no-sgt05zf08331p1075-engine-no-d4te4g31/ Regardless of how you look at it, it will always be a spaceframe replica. It is a nice car with lots of potential though. So honestly...

    Need Help Identify GT40

They had the t-44 box. Made for the mk2 gt40 to withstand the 427 big block around lemans... The zf box in the car you posted here is what they used in the mk1 and 3.

SPF GT 40 MK II sway bar torque specs

One end shares the bolt with the shock, the other one is the end of the Swaybar. In worst case these could be similar to grade 8.8 fasteners. So i would use torque for a grade 8.8 fasteners in that thread dim, add Loctite if you are afraid they will go loose.

    Need Help Identify GT40

It has been put up for sale on facebook from time to other for a long time. It is for sure not an original car as it is a spaceframe and not a monocoque. The rear clamshell is typically a gtd one (mk1 with mk2 scoops added + additional rearlights which are too big compared to an actual mk2 and...

    Clevis

If you cant get hold of it you can have it machined at a local machining shop. They where originally made from bs en36 steel so you need to find some equivalent grade.

does anyone have the drawings of the floor and the whole front of the gt40?

Well, what you are looking for is drawing 2260, 2275 and 2281. But i am afraid you wont find those drawings anywhere. You will find 2281 without the titlefield in a thread here for monocoque dimensions.

    Superformance Wheel Nuts

You could probably get some gulf spec nuts from gelscoe, they where hex instead of winged. Or you could get a machine shop to make you some out of 6082t6 or so.

does anyone have the drawings of the gt40 book uncovered?

Well, the drawings included in the book will give you a little more info than what you can find online. However it is far from enough and will require alot of research, reverseengineering and investigation from your side.

    Floor brackets details

They are not shown on drawing 2281 (fuel tank) or 2260 (complete floor). They both refer to drawing 2000 (chassis complete), so i guess that is the print you need. I dont have the 2000 print...

    Rear Clam Shell slam catches

For info (and as you already noticed david) the two holes are not intended for dimple dies. They are supposed to be fully flanged with an internal radii equal to the plate thickness. In this case the tool could be a pipe with an id of 2,5" + 2x plate thickness, a small radius on top typ same...

    Rear Clam Shell slam catches

For information; The zipped drawing + dxf that i posted some days ago is based on 3d scan of a tennant panels tub. Dimensions has been verified against the correct slam lock and a repro bracket from one of the "vendors" out there. As one can see from the photos posted there are a few variations...
