Re: Potential GT40 Silencer Supply OK, so I went to the track day and got measued at between 101 and 104 dB. The sound meter I had used previously was therefore pretty good (102) and needless to say they didn't let me on the track :-( At least I had not paid up front so did not lose £109 :-)...

JG, may I add my welcome too, with a sub note that if you used to race minis and are now moving to GT40s you might not need such quick reaction times, just "wait for the straight" and then punch the go faster pedal, watch the minis disappear behind you:lol:

Ron, USPS looks like it might be a runner, the 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". box should get a few items in it. If there is enough interest from the UK you may have a nice little earner going.

Ron, I am interested if the cost to send to the UK is reasonable or we can get a multiple order going. What is the target price for such things as hats, teeshirts etc? Maybe we could get the members over in the UK to place a big order for multiple items with one shipping cost.

I guess the climate will just have to wait to be changed too! So how does one get a job on $289000 a year while having to do nothing for it? Perhaps with that amount of money and loads of time they can all buy GT40s and drive them around, they could then measure how much of an effect they are...
