    Have rbt transmissions closed down

I can't say for sure, but he's always been difficult to get ahold of. Has more business than he knows what to do with, I suspect. I doubt he's closed his doors.

New track tire from Continental coming soon

The sizes shown are all pretty low profile. Good for a modern car, not so period for us drivers of old cars. Always good to have more options.

    48 IDA FROM CHINA

Just curious where the components of your phone and/or computer were made? AFIK, new "IDA webers" aren't even being manufactured.

Your first car was a ____________

Not mine, but mine looked just like...until I painted the bumpers black. Bought it from my mom, the original owner. 1976 VW Rabbit. I didn't have it more than a week before the water pump went out. Of course I'd spent evey dime I had buying the car (I was 15 or 16), so it sat until I scraped...

Hacking an IDA 'Weber', turning it into EFI

I have 8 blocks, I think 1 inch thick that I used as spacers under my webers when I had to add a PCV system for my initial BAR inspection in Kalifornia. Does anyone know what the bore diameter would need to be for the smallest injectors? Just curious.

    What might you do?

It all comes down to how much originality matters to you. The RCR may or may not be a better track car, but the originals (and presumably SPF) seemed to do OK on the track. Of course, off-track excursions are likely to be more expensive in the SPF. The only real car that I've driven that felt...

C19:: Not all Epidemiologists are on the same page - This is quite interesting!

Everyone needs to be responsible for their own decisions, but....IMHO, the risk of transmission to the average person in normal social situations is vertually nil. Would I chose to sit directly next to a person who is symptomatic? No. Would I be perticularly concerned with sitting next to an...
