I don't believe that this is true. The one that we currently know of is a beta build. I contacted the shop building it a while back to see why the lack of updates, and they said that they are a waiting a business decision before moving forward... I think we can all put two and two together...

Toured the shop and saw some tandem chassis. The front and rear seats both have roll hoops.
