You can use a heat gun and make adjustments to the fiberglass panels, I used that method to get my front fenders lined up better with the rockers by heating and wedging something between the inner fenders and the chassis and letting it cool overnight. Of course the alignment pins will hold the...

In my case I needed to place the rockers as far back as possible for tire clearance. you will want to have your spider and front clamshell in place. You can make the final adjustments to the rear section if you will be adding the flares to your rockers. I am going to have to do some glass work...

I like the new valve covers they should solve the clearance ht. problem as well. Did you decide which clutch you are going with? I went with a hydraulic, but I saved all of the mechanical clutch parts in case I decide to change it up.

It looks about right where you have it I would try to gain as much clearance as you can between the water pump pulley and the firewall. I'm sure you already noticed space is a premium between the engine and RCR chassis. It's a tight fit!

Once I received my kit, I didn't like the thought of having a tank and all components to lift the car, I never thought about the cups retaining water. That was a good observation on your part and an excellent modification. I am going to put my lift kit up for sale to include both air tanks as I...

RCR installed my cups on the bottom, I am not sure if it makes a difference. I am not going to use my lift kit so I will be removing the Stance cup.

Nice car Michael! I like the color. Your pipes are not RCR or at least not the same design as Randy's, Rod's, and mine. Your pipe is almost even at the top, our crossover (#3) is a pipe thickness higher like Rod said about 3/4" difference.

I got my pipes from RCR and it seems that everyone who purchased snakes from RCR has this issue, I would think that they would have it sorted out by now, I'm finding out apparently along with other issues they have not updated or improved the design on their cars and components much in 18 years...

On my MK1 clamshell the pipe touches just between the window and the 9 hole plate.

Looking good Randy, check the clearance on the headers between the clamshell and upper pipe, either the pipe or the clamshell will need to be modified. Also the valve covers are a bit tall and the valve cover vents will also touch the clamshell.

One of the first things I did was modify my gas tanks, bungs, brackets, etc. and installed them before working on the suspension. I believe you can remove the lower A arms, lift the uppers and slide the tank in if you assembled the front suspension before the tank.

The column set up is much better brought up into the tray. How is the angle of the steering wheel? I was thinking another swivel dd joint might be needed. I have the slider as well but did not like the pedals sitting up higher in the car, I decided not to use the slider. I have small feet! LOL

I did the same with my dd shaft. I still may make some changes. I'm thinking about cutting that bottom tray and making a bracket to change the angle of the wheel. Thats probably one of the upgrades to do once the car is road ready if I decide to do it. Looking good Nick!

Fran, it seems that you have not taken the time to read my emails or respond to my calls I believe it's going on 5 months now and you have not responded. Seems blatantly disrespectful and un-business like being you had no problem taking $70k of my hard-earned money! There are several...

Looks good. I have a RCR slider to sell I didn't like the pedals being up that high in the car so I'm not going to use it.
