So then did the rear alignment that you had done come loose? If you search the forum, there are several threads on the SPF alignment specs people have used including a PDF showing where and how to make the adjustments.

For what it's worth, since they actually wrote a very detailed assembly manual with specs, ERA specified +6 degrees of front caster and allows for shims to be inserted front and back to achieve that. They spec 0 degrees camber and 1/8" toe in. Tire pressures are 22 front and 25 rear.

For those that have a recent build of an SPF car and are using either MSD or Pertronix distributors/ignition modules, did you require an adapter for the SPF tach?

Vintage Wheels used to have them but no longer last time I asked them. I believe this is the spec: Thread depth 1.4 inches. 8 TPI thread 58.4 mm. 60 degree chamfer.

The last reference you list shows pints - that is wrong. It is somewhere around 3.0 - 3.5 QUARTS of gear oil. Running in the Pantera configuration it uses 3.5 quarts. Use a quality GL4 / GL5 NON synthetic gear oil such as Castrol 80W90.
