I tried the Stance cups but the interfere with the chassis. If you flip the shock they interfere with the upright. Same issue in the rear. No pics with the cups but here are a few showing the tight clearance. I’m not aware of anyone installing the on a RCR GT40. The cups are 4.75” wide.

There are high amp Denso small frame alternators available. Those are the smallest form factor.

FE in a Mark ll is essential…. All 427 aluminum side oiler is my weapon of choice.

If you can remove the bushing and turn you spacers to fit in the recess. Use grade 8 bolts as you describe. Just curious… Does you oil pan sit below the chassis?

Set at four air cups. 16mm shock shaft diameter. 1/2 gallon air tank. All new in the box. These will not fit an RCR GT40 chassis. The shock angle is too steep for the cup diameter. I can also provide links to the parts to complete the setup. $550 usd plus shipping.

I have a set of four Stance cups with 16mm diameter shock shafts and a 1/2 gallon air tank. New in the box. PM me if interested. They won’t fit the RCR GT40 chassis.

Did you try swapping the rear uprights? Mine is identical to yours. No washers or spacers are require.

West System epoxy and colloidal silica work really well for shunt lines.

The bezel measures 3 5/8”. The case is 3 1/4”. They are secured using the screw on plastic ring.

Call your local NAPA store. I was in mine yesterday and they had rebuilt Denso units available.
