I upgraded my tungston bulbs wattage with the same base as the installed ones that came with the car. They were easily obtained from a Harley Davidson M/C shop. I also added relays to the wiring.

I have an SPF GT40 and I have also driven a Ford GT at Miller Motorsports Park, Utah. The GT40 handles much better on the track, however, the Ford GT is much easier to drive on normal streets and traffic.

Two other things you might think about-- 1-It would be very simple for anyone that wants to, to remove the plexi windows which are held by screws. 2-The SPF 40's come with detachable stearing wheels. I generaly just take the wheel with me. SPF GT40 MK I P2213
