Hello Rod I have had them laser profile cut in mild steel, our English spec for the steel is MS CR4 2 In my experience I have found bronze welding stainless steel to be problematic. Also getting stainless zinc coated or chromed over here is a problem too. So I stayed safe

The Dzus fasteners have flat heads and were supplied under the original part number of EHF 6-60 by Southco who supplied the originals. Adrian
