I'm interested in buying a used SPF GT40 MkII 427 that is already registered with a California SB100 number. My understanding is there are issues taking a non-SB100 car that's bought already assembled from another owner, then trying to get it SB100 registered in California.

Is there a list somewhere showing what productions changes occurred over the years by chassis number (or by date)? I'm considering buying an SPF MkII, but when I read various posts of problems, I wonder if some of those problems may have have been fixed in later production.
