    Ford 302 flywheel bolts,longer ones from?

    Hi I need to use a spacer behind the flywheel ( Not ideal I know), only need to be by 1/4" to allow the driven plate full contact on the splines. I could possibly get away with standard ARP jobbies, checked Summit & have Googled - but no joy, any suggestions ? thanks Stock is 7/16 X 1".

    little end /wrist pin bushes

    I've new bushes that are slightly too tight on the pin, can you use an abrasive to relieve high spots in the bronze bush ( I realise the danger of making them out of round). Will sharp particals be embeded in the bronze? I don't have a reamer & I think the ends have closed up very slightly...

    Can you test run injectors dry?

    To bench test a 'piggy back' ECU for compatibility, it would be helpfull if no fuel is needed to be run through the injectors. Will the injectors overheat/be damaged doing this? thanks

    Little end bushes, loctite?

    I assume it would help to use a drop of loctite when pressing in new little end bushes?, the bushes are a tight fit-it carn't do any harm? thanks

    Small end bushes from where?

    I've called the Leeds company- they only do quantity orders, thanks. Its for a turbo bike engine (not car sorry),Suzuki GSXR1000 K6, useing K3 rods which have a bigger piston pin, the bush needs to be 18mm O'D' x 15mm I'D', width about 10+mm , x four, I would want to ream the bush once...

    Innovate LM1 or Lm2 wide band?

    I all ready have a wideband gauge,do you need a data logger to build a map? looking at the gauge only whilst driving, I quess it's easy not to see a lean out?

    Has the LM2 been any trouble?, you would advise getting one? i've seen on the net the rpm problem you have, the solution was to use two 1k ohm resistors & a link to the injector signal.( this was a solution done by an Innovate tec' guy). I'll try find the page.

    O1E transaxles, I've too many!

    I shou;d have read the selling rules, sorry! I'm in the Uk, paid £250 for the box.pulled it from a Audi 2.5TDI which was a tidy car with a scrap engine.Not driven it but I'm sure it's fine. It does not have the wide first gear. Happy to crate up etc, Tim

    Bore scope for gearbox inspection, O1E

    Thanks Scott good info, pinion bearing preload,are some of the bearings taper? is this as in shims to thick & loading the bearings?.
