It turns out the 1A 2A are the locations in the fuse block. My problem was caused by a wire working it's way out of the back of the fuse block. Got her all fixed and back on the road.

So my CAV (#27) is having this problem with the lights. I don't have the RF lower white marker light and the RR license plate light. Did the obvious. Checked the bulbs etc. They have good grounds. Checked the plugs on the front body and no power to the harness for the lights... at the plug...
