I think the handle that pops through the door top is available in some form through a GT vendor. I made all of my own parts for the doors though.

The inner handle bolts on the mechanism directly and the outer one has a cable that does the pulling. The 2 springs return those inner/outer handles respectively

I couldn't get the space to put the SPF or any other gasketing around my windshield. It was too tight on the sides to make it work. I have several different types if you need pictures. I can sell you the SPF material if you want to try it.

The vertical sections of the dash that mount to the chassis have to sit flat and clear the doors when they close. To a certain degree they set the height of the dash that faces the passengers .

Place your dash into the chassis and drop the spider over. It might be that the dash demister area sits too high for the spider placement. I had to build up the inner floor of the demister vent area and sand down the interface to the chassis.

Yup, they are not the correct size for the 15". I built a fixture, cut, and rewelded mine. I don't think RCR had another option when I did it.

I couldn’t get a gap like that to work on mine. Maybe have the door sweep in high and have the striker drag it down into position.
