    Joel B SL-C build Thread

I would definitely install a light-weight air conditioning system, the SL-C does not have roll down windows or other ways to get good airflow through the cabin.

    Height of radiator bleed line

I add these to the highest point in my radiators and heater cores in my mid-engine cars to bleed air. In your case, you won't get all of the air out without a local bleed option. You might get enough air out that your car is running at normal temperature, but you won't be as efficient. If you...

    Joel B SL-C build Thread

What's your target weight? Sounds like you are going to keep things lighter. I see too many of these approaching 2800-3000 pounds with sound deadening, creature comforts, etc. Kind of defeats the purpose of an LMP. Might as well get a production car.

    Chuck's Jaguar D Type Build

I've had great experience with the 3M 8115 as well. https://www.ebay.com/itm/196608351492 It's not equal parts, but is equal amount of plunger travel. The 3M tool to deliver the adhesive is expensive. I just use a socket extension to push out equal amounts of plunger travel for parts A and B...

    Chuck's Jaguar D Type Build

Chuck- You may have mentioned it earlier, but I'm curious about what tools and techniques you are using to cut your aluminum panels, they look pristine with no edge irregularities, edge curling, etc. I see that you have at times used a jigsaw, any particular blade? Tips for your perfectly...

    Thoughts on fuel inertia switch?

Don't need one for mechanical fuel pumps. Not sure why you wouldn't spend $30 to lessen the probability of a fiery death. You do you. But ask your next 5 passengers if they would prefer that the car they are riding in keeps pumping fuel in the event of an accident, or would prefer a $30...

    Thoughts on fuel inertia switch?

I would run the switch before the relay so it sees less amperage, it's just a simple mechanical switch. Make sure it is mounted vertically in the OEM orientation. Is it the Ford switch? Shouldn't fault like that, there are 100's of thousands of them out there that aren't leaving Focus drivers...
