They do have a pattern and did not require a mockup from me. Call and see if you can speak with Zach. They have done several RCR with SBF and ZF/RBT. They built my headers and then I sent them the mockup for the tail pipes and mufflers.
Yes, all stainless. They already have a pattern from a prior build so they can make them easily. The mufflers were supplied by GP. Sound is good, restriction is minimal. Video here.

I have powder coated both JB Weld and Lab Metal with good results.
With either one you can sand the underside, install a small thin aluminum plate on the underside, and then fill the hole to level.
