We have elected to abandon the HCF Paddleshift Conversion due to failure to intergrate with Holley Dominator engine management. The unused conversion system is available should someone else have a suitable application.

We attempted this conversion unsuccessfully with the use of Holley Dominator engine managment. We were never successful in integrating the unit with Holley. If someone has an application that could make use of the HCF paddleshift conversion, my unused conversion system is available.

Given what Fran has discussed with me, I do not believe that he will ever do a turn key race car like the Aero ever again. I have no idea what possibilities exist for Fran to offer updated or new bodywork for the Superlite Coupe or other.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion although it may vastly differ from other opinions. That's not a particular subject I would waste the time to comment. The aesthetics have nothing to do with Fran's decision to stop manufacturing the Aero, that I can assure you.

Just a few shots of sister cars.

Fran is no longer building new Aero's, but there are a few customer owners that are still developing these cars, myself included.

I am attempting to track down all of the SLC Aero owners. If anyone is an owner or has run across any of the cars online, please post so that I can follow all of the leads. There are a very small group of us that are continuing to develop the car and add to the owners experience.

Threw out the fans that come with the car...New spal fans and fabricated shrouds.

I am not sure, but I am told that the weight of the L140 is about 15 lbs more than the Albins ST6-M.
