Thanks for Feedback. I can’t decide if I want to go for classic look or futuristic. But true to the original. I have already chosen several other ways like Audi engine, lcd dash, lotus Elise seats that would backup a futuristic Gulf theme.

No one that have any ideas or comments about this? Love to see other gt40 with a modern look.

Hi. What do you guys hink of the future 40 by Superformance? I like the ide of building my gt40 mk2 to a modern statment like the Future 40. Also thinking of a modern version of the Gulf color scheme. The one with black sides i think could work really well. And for the purists, please behave

Thanks for the drawings and explenation. I have fixed it acording to the gtforte drawings, but i have bought a body from a different Supplier. So i guess i have to redoo something to make it fit. I will be delivered the body i early february, so i am very exited to see how much work it will be.

Hi. I am thinking of building my own suspesnion for the gt40 Chassis i have. I am thinking of different spindels in front and back from production cars. The track width in front and back are 1397mm i think. What would the coorect dimension mesasured on the outside of the wheel to have it...

Hi. I am not going to fitt a full rollcage , just the rollbar that is a integrated piece of the firewall against the engine bay. I have toght of full rollcage earlier but have skipped it for the reasons discussed earlier in the thread. Kristian

Hi. I am trying to fit my rollbar to my gtforte chassi without having the speider yet. Do anyone have the exact measurements of the rollbar. If any have the measurement from the chassis to the top of the rollbar in straight up line that would be great. Thanks in advance for any help. kristian

Sorry. Way to expensive for me.

GT40 in any stage is interesting. Everything from a kit in parts that not are started to almost done. complete car without engine/trans are also of interest And finnished car that have registration before year 2000 which need a full rebuild.
