    Another thing I'm not sure about; would it be legal to build one of these for use in the US with Right Hand Drive? I know it's legal elsewhere in the world and you can legally import 25 year old right hand drive vehicles, but I'm not sure what the law is on kit or component car builds.

    Pretty much. I know of a guy that just put an LS3 in a Lamborghini and went with electric water pump because that's how the car already was set up.

    Joel, When I order one of these, I will go with option three and add steering wheel controls for the stereo as well. I'm spoiled by the ability to adjust the volume and tuning without touching the head unit. Still working out the exact options I would want in mine, among other things.
