Does anyone here have an EV?

Good Morning Ian, (probably afternoon on that side of the pond) I was thinking the difference between the ICE and EV were around $10-15K, but I figured I would build and price them as I was curious as well. This should be an apples to apples comparison. I'm selecting the exact same trim...

Does anyone here have an EV?

The one I had was 26 gallon tank. All my driving was city driving It I’m proved to just over 400 on the highway with no trailer if I recall correctly. I had a an 04 f350 with the 6.0 and a 44 gallon tank. That one would go around 800 miles on a tank.

Does anyone here have an EV?

I bought a Lightning last year and absolutely love it! I went from a 2019 F-250 with the 6.7 diesel to this truck, I was worried I wouldn't like it as much, I was also worried about towing a trailer. The lightning out tows that diesel any day and more surprisingly, it out stops it with a heavy...

Thanks. Yeah I needed more storage for lighter items. I figured with the height I have it made since to put a small mezzanine in it.

Finally got the shop built and mostly organized! I’m hoping to have the GT in its new home this weekend. It will be nice to get some progress going on it soon. It’s funny I always said you can never have enough light, I found out you can. I bought 12 of the led lights, I’m glad I put them on...

    Columbus Ohio RCR40

Looking good. I agree that tig welding these small pipes was a big challenge. Its hard to keep everything in line, feed the filler rod and move around the pipe keeping the angle of both hands correct. I cannot confirm nor deny that a few of my welds had been ground a little with a cutoff wheel...

Yes. Ran a sprinkler on it for a few days. Should be able to remove it now as we just had a cold front move in.

    Sean's RCR GT40 build

I haven’t gotten to play with the GT the last few months due to the move. I needed to move it out of the garage for a storm shelter installation and thought this size comparison was crazy. Hoping to have the shop completed by next month to start getting some progress going on it again.

GT40 MarkII ready to be shipped

I used Beacon as well. My contact was John York. +1 (401) 340-8440 They moved it very quickly at a fair price.

    Engine Mounts

I had the same issue on the RCR side. Looked like the RCR ones drew in when they welded them out. A little persuasion and they worked well.

    Randy's RCR40 MKI

Hardest part for me was figuring out where to store everything. These cars take up a lot of room while everything is pulled apart. Bike is looking great!

That looks exactly like the Moroso one I bought for half the price  Looks like they just stamped their logo on it.
