Nice work. It would be easy to clean up the inside fitment with a narrow belt sander like the one attached. This is one of the greatest tools I have in the garage. That other housing from Superformance really needs help. Ouch!

I think #11 & 12 are duplicates of Rufus's old (now Jims car). And #5, 14 & 16 look to be the same car. Hopefully someone else can confirm? Also, it looks like Luke S. on this board is building a Carbon Fiber one. Although he has not posted since 2018.

Make sure the car is sitting at ride height when measuring. And, keep in mind if you do the H craft mod to the front splitter it will lower your ride height and raise the rack further over the aluminum panel. Good luck.

I agree, you should replace the hoses. To get them off either slice the hose perpendicular to the clamp then peel off with a small long handle flat screw driver. If you are trying to save the hose I have found wedging a small flat screw driver under the hose in several places while shooting...

Don't forget about all the parts you buy with great intentions only to find a better way forward, and put them on a shelf top collect dust. I think I have about $5k in parts that will never be used. :rolleyes:

That one piece gasket is a really good one. Just be sure to put the timing cover on first. Those plastic inserts for the pan make it so you do not need the RTV or weatherstrip adhesive to hold the gasket in place (save them in your tool box for another job they work well). The inserts will hold...
