sill cover

I need to remove the sill covers on my CAV mono 134 as the fuel bladder cover plate appears to be riveted to the monocoque along its lower edge underneath the cover. Can anyone give me some insights on this? I've drilled out the rivets along the top of the cover, but am concerned there's a...
