Those are great looking heads. They certainly would wake up a wild motor.

According to my 2005 Ford Racing and Performance Parts catalog, page 160, I quote:

To install Cleveland type heads on a Windsor type block, drill a 0.800" diameter hole in the intake manifold face of the head as illustrated (sorry no picture available). Plug the square hole in the cylinder head. Install the heads with Cleveland style head gaskets. For the BOSS 302 heads, use a BOSS 302 intake manifold gasket.
