I met Peter when he was racing at Snetterton, he let me drive his GT 40 when he raced at Bulawayo in Rhodesia, I was also at Snetterton when he lost to David Piper in his Ferrari as the wire wheels began to give up, then they introduced the other stronger wheels, what a great car, wish I could own one, my drive was astisishing. I hadto back of on the striaght at 160mph.
