Ford 302 value in the UK

Not a sales advert (yet)but..

I am planning on changing engines in my Cobra from a 302 to a stroked 351.
What is the value of a 302 with Performer RPM camshaft, Aluminium Perf RPM Heads, perf RPM intake manifold, Holley 600 carb, KeithBlack pistons with 4000 miles on it?

Or I'll keep it and fit to the pending gt40 project..
