Anybody know this guy?

I spoke with a guy named Phil Stratford last summer who had a GTD for sale. I think he was from the UK but was living in California at the time. Anyway, he's kinda dropped outta' sight... maybe moved back to England or somewhere else. Anybody know him? Thanks
