GT40s at Dunsfold, Wings & Wheels, UK 25/08/08

It was nice to see pauls car after reading his excellent build history and asking him a couple of questions last year. I took the pics from jet park where the red arrows and RAF planes were. We (Delta Jets) came down from Gloucestershire to ground support the Black Arrows Hawker Hunter which...

Garage - What features would you select?

Coffee machine, radio, microwave, fridge for essentials (beer, snacks (what do you guys eat oh yeah buritos :-) )) Garage Heater How about a low level vent in the wall with a flexy pipe so you can run the cars inside when engine testing without getting gassed (in the winter). I assume it gets...

    for airplane lovers...

You must be joking, everyone knows the British Hawker Hunter is the classic jet shape. It still looks up to date for a plane built more than 50 years ago. :D Graham

Come on! it says its a remote control viggen in the video notes. Nobody got hurt apart from a bank account so it was a cool crash! Graham

"Massive Power" Chris Barries new show.

I wonder how many other cars used in tv shows are not quite the real thing. Mind you your car looks better than an original anyway! I did a tv show this year where 2 teams of fat people had to pull 2 of our hunter jets down the runway, it was all fixed the boys team had 2 tons of fuel more than...

    GT40 newbie, hopefully

Thanks Paul, I have to say that your build thread is quite inspiring and the pics are great. From what pics I have seen of yours, the car looks stunning. Have you had any problems on UK roads with ground clearance. i.e. speed bumps etc. Graham
