427 Shelby C5AE-6090-H heads

I would like to know what these heads are and how much they should go for. The reason I ask this is because I can get these heads. a buddy of mine is ready to part with them. i would like some info before I get involved in purchasing them. Maybe somebody here can help email me at [email protected] he told me they came off a 1965 GT40 MKII and are really rare. That and that they are medium rise aluminum heads with a C5AE-6090-H casting:stunned:
