Baby steps - did my initial test drive around the neighborhood this afternoon (5 miles worth) - verified 1st through 4th gears and the brakes work. No fluid leaks:) Did hear an intermittent squeal after it was up to operating temp, so I need to investigate. First impression is that this will be one very fast ride. I did not use 20% throttle and she pulls hard without even trying. Car show coming up Saturday nearby to do her local unveiling.

Thanks Jim. I tried to upload the last one for you and had no luck either. I don’t have any social media on my phone, so I have to count on my wife to show me your videos. Can’t get enough Lola content.
Thanks

Looks great Jim. Nice amount of quality cars at the get together.
I’m living vicariously through your experiences currently.

Actually got to take a ride in a factory Manta when I was stationed in San Diego around 1983! It made quite an impression:) I still have the brochures.

Out for a test drive yesterday and ran out of gas on the interstate. Gage was reading 1/2. Luckily, I was only a couple miles from home and was able to get my wife to bring my Colorado with a tow strap to get the car home (AAA is useless, as they refuse to use a tow strap and their rollbacks will not work with the Lola nose height). Filled the car up today and it took 14 gallons, so the question to other RCR builders is how many gallons are you at when the pickup uncovers? I have twin tanks with a crossover line, so apparently I suck air with 3 gallons in each tank.
