P 4/5 C Modificata

Would you do other 24 hour races other than the 24 at the Ring? I just did the Britcar 24 Hours at Silverstone and if you could be persuaded to bring your car to that event, a) you may well win and b) your UK fans would be keen to see the car in action.

We're going to stick to The Ring and then bring her home to ply the roads of NY.

What was the verdict on the modifications?

The Shark Fin really works. A lot more downforce especially in the front which helps the steering.

Air inlet scoop helped and we're getting a bit of boost from pressurising the inlet air.

Engine Modifications worked as well and our VMAX is better.

We'll race on the 29TH at the Ring and make more modifications based on what we learn.

The sharkfin is the most amazing piece. Visually, it just doesn't LOOK like it would add downforce, and you certainly wouldn't guess it would help the steering! I just think that is cool.

I drove it a lot before the modifications. I'll test it again soon. It's a lot different than many cars.

The Downforce takes a bit of getting used to. You can go flat out through a number of turns you might not think you could. We're making 3,000 lbs. of downforce and pulling 2.8 G's in turns.

The brakes are very good and the shift is sequential and don't need a clutch although I use it.
